Depositions are recorded using broadcast quality high definition cameras and high-gain microphones to assure that every nuance is captured.

All our in- house legal videographers procedures conform to the norms of videotaping a US deposition and adhere to all the American National Court Reporting Association (NCRA) guidelines.

In addition, the videographer can provide:

Live video streaming to remote participants over the internet

Live picture-in-picture recording where both a document/exhibit and witness are shown simultaneously- 2 separate images on one screen. The exhibit can either be as a digital image on a laptop or from an Elmo type document camera. This solution saves on post-production costs and time and is fully trial-ready, straight after the deposition.
